BPI is hiring for an Administrative Support role

Box Professional Insurance (BPI) is a company that serves financial advisors (RIAs) across the United States with their business insurance needs. The Administrative Support position handles the administrative and communication aspects of the insurance sales process. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required

Office experience (1 year minimum)

Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience (preferred)

Background in finance or insurance preferred

Available to work 40 hours/week M-F in a small office setting in-person in NE Portland 

Can pass a criminal background check.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Prepares, completes, submits and follows up with insurance applications.

Prepares binders, certificates, policies, endorsements and other documents; verifies their accuracy.

Maintains and updates electronic files.

Submits renewals, contacts clients, creates renewal proposals, and handles other renewal activities in coordination with the producer(s).

Handles incoming email and mail prospects, follows up promptly and professionally

Updates the database and provides good documentation of the entire sales and client process.

Schedules appointments and handles the president’s calendar.
